Cleaning tips. detailing To wash your car, simply grab a couple 100% cotton cloths, spray a small area with a misting of one of our products and use one towel for the first gentle washing wipe, removing the majority of auto surface detailing dust and dirt. It''s very important to be gentle with your initial wipes, washing as dirt auto on the surface detailing can scratch your paint if you wipe too hard. Use the second clean towel to buff the surface dry. Keep turning your towels so you have a clean surface washing against the paint. Work from the top down and auto finish up with door jambs and lower valances. (It''s important not to let it dry on the paint.) I clean the wheels last.
